Shop establishment act

Respected Learned Counsel,

As per the recent notification by the government that the shop will remain open for 24 hours so what is the exact process to apply for the 365 days opening licence in maharashtra particularly in a taluka like ambernath which is located in the thane district because i came to know that taluka is exempted from the scheme.Please guide me whom to approach for such licence.My client is continuously asking for the same.
please provide me your valuable suggestion on the above mentioned query?

Dear Mr.Pradeep Mishra, you could have postred the query with identity instead of Anonymity.The competent authority under the Shops and establishment Act in the jurisdictional area to be contacted.Probably the Assistant commissioner or Deputy commissioner of Labour is entrusted with the responsibility.
