Share in property of grand father

If father of a girl has died and her grand father transfer the whole property to his uncle after the death of her father. has she any share in the property. Is her mother(widow of her father) has any share her father -in- laws's property?

you have not mentioned whether it is self acquired property or ancestral property of grand father .

if it is self acquired property of grand father he can execute sale deed in favour of your uncle . the grand daughter or widow does not have any share in self acquired property of your grand father

If the property is self acquired of the Grand father, he can transfer it to your uncle.

In the grandfather's self acquired property, neither the legal heirs of the deceased nor any one has any right, he can dispose it in any manner he desires so.
