Settlement not received of notice period

Dear Experts, I have served a notice period in an organisation from 1st to 30th June but I have not received any amount of that 30 days work period, suggest your opinion I have a reliving letter and f&f letter as a proof.

Kindly suggest.

You can address the employer to pay salary if the terms of agreement provides for it.

Have you requested your employer for payment of outstanding salary/other amount? If not, submit your application and wait for about a fortnight then engage a local prudent lawyer practicing service matters and seek his/her professional services for recovery of the amount.
