Settlement and joint affidavit

After receiving Rs 25 lacs of settelment amount she is not withdrawing the court cases as mentioned in joint affidavit and recorded in High Court .High court has directed to withdraw all cases in 4 weeks time.What action can now be taken.The High court is of other state.

1. If such receipt have been acknowledge by her then the fact of such settlement need to me advanced before the H.C. since the H.C. has directed that after such settlement the cases will be withdrawn by her and if she does not do so then the H.C. will take appropriate action.

2. If the H.C. is of other state then such acknowledgement of money by her has to be filed in that court only.

A case under section 420 IPC can also be filed against the wife in the given facts when she has refused to abide by her words after getting the settled money from her husband.
