I am graduate possessing degree of computers and typing diplomas of both hindi and english typing certificate issued by boards of typing exams, I want to make my career as a government employee but according to Civil Service Rule 1961, one who is the father of more than three alive children is not eligible for government job may I get any relief or any judgment under which I can get any relief for acquiring government job I am 34 of age or is there is any stay over such rule through which I can get any relief as may be eligible for government job

Two children is the set criteria for recruitment and any court does not normally interfere with the prescribed recruitment rules, unless any provision is illegal.

Even otherwise also, if you speak about IAS & Allied Services exam, at 34, you already seem to be overage. You may check, if you fall within the scope of any of the following criteria about age, etc.:

Minimum 21 years for all candidates
Maximum 30 years for the General candidates
Candidates belonging to OBC get 3 years and SC/ST gets 5 years age relaxations

Sir I want job in as Grade III or IV in M.P. High Court as the age limit for candidates is 35 years for gen category for the post of Grade III Cleark and for grade IV the limit for maximum age is 40 years but civil service rule 1961 clause 6 prohibits me to apply for these posts
Please Help if there is any way to resolve this issue

PS Dhingra ji,
School Shiksha Vihbhag is responsible for conducting typing exames in Madhya Pradesh but from last two years they are not conducting these typing exames and because of this the the students who are preparing for M.P. Board Typing and short hand exam to achieve valid typing certificate/marksheet. Sir May I go to court against the Vihabg how could I appeal under which section I could appeal.

Not recommended. Would be a futile effort on your part leading to wastage of money and time. Better search for another opportunity.
