I belong to st category and i want to sell our home to general caste.but due to cnt act i am unable to do so.are there any ways by which i can sell my house to general caste people.

There might indeed some kind of bar in the state...per provisions of state enactments or rules or T&C associated with land..

You may also check with a very able senior LOCAL counsel/Law Firm of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in revenue matters having a successful track record….
Such counsels have copies of latest notification by state govt.
If this is some say; award land and T&C apply to IT then you may comply with IT and do not violate OR you may face prosecution from buyer and may be govt authority….per applicable rules
