Section 9 HMA

Hello experts
My wife has filed 4 cases against me in 2016, one of them being Section 9 HMA. Due to job responsibiities I cant attend all of them so I decided to ignore Section 9. Can the court pass ex parte order in her favour or will the petition be dismissed? What will happen if judgement is passed in her favour and I still do not accept her? We have been living separately for almost 3 years and I do not wish to bring her back.

I have no property in my name and she is already claiming maintenance

No problem even if ex-parte decree is passed against you in a case u/s 9 HMA. No court can compel you to rejoin your spouse.
How does a decree u/s 9 HMA can be executed ???
Why do you not rely upon opinion/advise of your lawyer engaged by you, who is able, competent and intelligent enough to advise you properly. However, if you have lost faith in your counsel change him/her immediately.
