Guest (Querist) 16 September 2018 This query is : Resolved
Can the photographs taken by the plaintiff and negatives developed by him through a photo studio be admissible as evidence in Court?
Advocate Bhartesh goyal Online (Expert) 16 September 2018
Yes,Photos with negatives are admissible in evidence.
N.K.Assumi (Expert) 17 September 2018
Those are evidence as per the act, and you can submit in the court.
Guest (Querist) 17 September 2018
are there any relevant judgements on it where the plaintiff deposes that he took the photos and got it developed himself and the same is admissible as evidence?
Guest (Expert) 17 September 2018
All judgments are relevant till they are proved as irrelevant by getting quashed by the affected parties.
Guest (Querist) 17 September 2018
@dhingra WOW you told me something i didn't know it just goes to show how good you are as a legal adviser.
any prudent man would understand i was asking to cite some caselaws on that point for my argument.

@ Nomaan,

I have already replied your query on your other thread. However, for your information, I repeat here also, as follows:

Any prudent querist can understand that I simply asked for discussion of the real problem. Any prudent querist, if he wants solution to his problem, he also knows that has necessarily to discuss the real problem. Further, any prudent querist also understands thet he does not enjoy any right to issuing direction or command to any expert from whom he is desirous of seeking some help.

Still further, any prudent expert also understands that he is not supposed to waste his time and infrastructure aimlessly just to search case laws for you for your non explained problem and absolutely vague query. Still further, any expert also understands that he is not a paid servant of any arrogant student to compulsorily serve him..

But you have ample of time to waste to prove your stupid points which are baseless vague and on its face stupid my query was answered by other experts who helped me rather than criticizing and insulting a querist your help was as useless, vague and left me confused as your thoughts. This is platform where people submit their queries one is open to answer or help rather than criticizing someone. No wonder Indian law is suffering so much.

I have already responded to your latest post in another thread. However, for your information, I reproduce the same here also.

If you can judge about stupid points, you would not have felt the need to post your query for getting help of the experts. Rather, it is your own stupidity if you classify the judgments in to relevant and irrelevant. Still further, it is your own stupidity to think that the experts have helped you. If really helped, where any relevant judgment (as per your own perception) has been referred by any expert?

In fact, with your latest statement, you have proved beyond doubt about yourself to be merely a stupid.

@ Nomaan,
I may presume that you are a practicing advocate then how do you expect the experts to oblige you searching case law for your case(s) where you have charged fees from client, it is your call, turn and duty to research for law on the point which you want to prove. In this case no one can predict and help qua the strategy adopted by you.
The language and arrogance expressed by you against a very senior expert must be avoided, which is neither approved nor appreciated. Request to be courteous and grateful for the obligation of expert as he/they have responded your query, which is professional in nature.
Consult a local senior lawyer for better appreciation of facts/documents and guidance .
Thanks and Regards.

@Dhingra i found judgements and case laws ........which relate to my case i needed to know if i was going in the right way the other experts NK Assumi and Advocate Bhartesh helped me. I requested if anyone could help me and cite me any case laws being lawyers they might have come through it, if some doesn't wish to help they could just choose not to answer what is the meaning of criticizing someone. Please don't pass your opinions if you only want to insult others and please dont answer queries if all you wish is to criticize people which is what you've been doing from the start......it will be best if you don't answer my queries, people who can help me will help?
Honestly are you even an advocate or have you just come online to waste valuable time of others by insulting every other querist . Honestly you've been at it for quite some time it just goes to show your expertise in wasting valuable time of others is on the next level. And you need not worry about my queries don't answer them if you have a problem. Being an expert gives you a right to criticize its laughable. Request is earned not given on the basis of seniority or expertise. The kind of insulting statements you've made concerning me speaks more about yourself.

Lame excuse! You have neither shown any copy of your found judgments to any of the experts, nor they have stated that those judgments are RELEVANT in any way to your case or for arguments..

You have simply modified your query to the most extent, as far as you could do, just as a face saving device for you. Mind it, you could edit your question, but not my reply given with reference to the context contained in your question, e.g.the term, "RELEVANT JUDGMENTS."

Mind it, it is against my principle to help any lethargic student, like you, who prefer to forge ahead on half baked borrowed knowledge. What I am, persons, like you, having even no commonsense, cannot understand me even to least extent. I help only the people, who really face any problem, not the idiotic pretenders like you.

You may better live with your own perceptions and continue to beg for "RELEVANT judgments" from the experts, as that amply demonstrate your incapability to gather something in the name of legal knowledge that may even prove sufficient to get any client base after qualifying the exam for the sake of earning even the least possible o pull on your life.

Why would i give away the judgements that i found to you are you really that stupid ......you just proved my point that your really stupid and not just that i guess you don't have any clients that's the reason why your so arrogant if your so accomplished then why are you here wasting time of others and mine, my query was resolved. It just goes to show as stated earlier when you talk shit about others it speaks more about you. Honestly give my hardwork away so you can use them for your benefits, i would have given it to you but the kind of man you have potrayed yourself to be its just laughable that your begging a querist to submit his judgements. Posting sarcastic comments and begging querists to give their judgements away is the only thing i guess you can do theses days i guess. All the best and dont loose hope try it on other querists as well they just might give you their judgements.

I don't need your help @dhingra
Its a post, you can choose not to answer and help, but i guess your ego comes in the way which compels you to insult others. Good luck with that.
