Section 255

Dear sirs,
I have purcahsed one small 210 square feet plot in slum area on notary in 2008 .
but in 2014 it is found that 100 rs bond used for it,s notary is allready used bond .(i.e. it was used in registry in 2007 in other town it was erased with chemical and reused in my notary ).aianst me ll this details found by person who purchased same plot from somebody else on notary . so filed criminal FOR case agaianst me .
actually bond purchased by bond seller .
now session court has given me bail .but he aproched HIgh court high court cancelled my bail & Even told to add section 255 in this case .

so to get bail & remove section 255 i aproched Supreme court .case is pending in front of S.C.
How i can get bail .
i have took some photo-graph that still in 2015 people selling 100 rs bond peper on road in front of session court . how a common can understand that whether bond seller is original venodr. how bond is orginal .
this is sitauation in 2015 so in 2008 it was more worst.
So want to ASK how i can get BAIL from SC And removal of section 255.
plz answer ?

The case is pending with the Supreme Court, a thick file of the case papers must have gathered and nothing can be advised with out referring to case file. You can discuss with your lawyer.

bond papers are sold on road in front of courtbuilding .
notary are seating on road for notaring .
how HC can state to add section 255 .

plot seller mr. NAzir expired in in 2010.
plot notorised in on same 100 rs bond in 2008 ,(but same bond was used in 2007 in another town for registry ).

Bond vendor is also expired last year 2014 .
after supreme court matter started .

plot seller is bond buyer .
but issue is that in appeal of bail cancelleation high court cancelled my bail and insisted to apply section 255.

actually i want to say - In maharshtra Bond vendors -are selling bond on road in front of court . who knows bond seller is orginal vendor or fake venodr .
who knows bond is original or erased with chemical or Telgi Bond .

i need suggestion sir " how i can fight in supreme court about cancelletion of section 255 . and getting bail .

I agree my lawer are there is supreme court but every person has diffrent thought & style to fight in court .

What was the Name Mentioned in the Stamp Paper As Buyer of It.Even if the Seller is No More his Signature Could be Verified with his Bank A/C or Any Other Valid Documents.Better Consult and Discuss with a Senior Good Advocate.Are you in Possession of the Property .

Dear sir ,
but how i can get bail continuation . as jr court given me immediate bail.
then opponent aproched HC which rejected bail and applied section 255 .
so i am on bail now but how i can get confirmed BAil From SC .becaused sogn verification is part of court proceding -
in between Original Bond paper also lost .
SO all xerox papers are avialable .
property is just a 203 sq. feet notary plot in slum area.
