I want to know the court fees levied on filing section 13b of rs 800000/- in agra family court.

For a case worth the value of Rs.8,00,000 (eight lakhs). the court fee cannot be Rs.36,13,350/- (thirty six lakhs plus), as suggested by the expert, as that works out to more than 4 times of the original amount of the case value..
You may better consult some local lawyer at Agra.

Section 13B of which Act? Is it Section 13B of Hindu Marriage Act,1955 which is Divorce by Mutual Consent, here the usual fee for petition is Rs25/- however it may vary from State to state. The valuation of the suit is done even in divorce cases in the State of UP. The Amount of Rs8,00,000/- must be mentioned as settlement amount for permanent maintenance and alimony for wife, that doesn't matter with regard to the actual court fee for divorce petition that will be Rs25/- only/-.

If your statement is true and correct, then change your lawyer immediately, as no such amount is to be paid for a settlement/compromise in Family Court.
