Second cousine marraige

Hi I am 28yrs old and I love a girl of age 30yrs. My relation to that girl is given below

Mother -->father --> own brother --> daughter --> daughter. is this marraige is legal?? I am hindu and she is too.

Unless permitted by custom such marriages come under prohibited relationships and hence not advisable according to Hindu Law.They are null and void.

No the marriage will be null and void under section 5 and 11 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.
