This site is not meant for advising the offenders as how to come out of the clutches of law. Knowing full well that bigamy is an offence(your name suggests you are not a Muslim) you did abet the commission of crime. reap the fruits. consult a lawyer of repute at your place.

That's why the the dictum says Look before you leap. Contact an expert lawyer.If his first wife wholeheartedly consented to the second marriage, that will come handy as a defense to the accused husband to some extent.
