Dear sir,
I gave Rs. 25 Lakh to my friend as borrow on 1.5 ℅ interest pm. He gave me right interest UpTo 8 month but afterward he was giving less amount of interest . He gave me a cheque as security but last month he got the cheque "stop payment". Please advise whether 420, 406 applicable as well as 138 of NI act. In case he abscond , can I recover this amount from his father?

I humble request to advise me please.

You can initiate criminal as well as civil case to recover your money.

Yea,you can initiate proceedinģs against your friend u/s 138 of N.I.Act simulteniously file summary su�t for recovery of due amount

and 10 Lakh was given from my pocket total 25 Lakh. He and his brother and father was agreed to return my money in installments with interest. He have me 8 installments and now he is denying and cheque given by him has been stope payment by him.
Please advise whether I can file criminal case u/s 420,406 as well as 138 against stope payment.

I am very feddup because I have to paying installments to bank against Personal loan.

Please help if think best anything advise for me pls advise me step wise. I will really appreciate you by my heart . I am very bother because I have been cheated by my very faithful person.
