Sec 40 of registration act 1908

Section 40 of Registration Act 1908 is Authority to Adopt / Powers to Adopt.

In this regard my query is How is this instrument made i.e. Document/Sealed Document/etc. and how and in What Book / Register does the Registration Department record such instrument ?

Please advise.

What is your problem?
Section 40 of Registration Act 1908 deals with registration of Wills. Will is made in simple language and any documentary writer/local advocate can guide for preparing the document. As regards your query that in what books and registers does the Registration record such instrument is irrelevant. They register the document in their relevant books and append the stamp on the back side of the instrument with the details of Registration which is sufficient proof of registration.
Please do not ask irrelevant questions which are not required.
