thanks for response sir, i am preparing for UPSC exam.this is a previous year question. i was struggling to differentiate between "Voluntary" and "Willingly".so asked for help.

Mr. Pujar,

Do you mean that any work done voluntarily can be without willingness of the person doing that?

Take help of the dictionary to see the meaning of both the words, "voluntary" and "willing" and apply your mind to differentiate them.

Else, go to the library of your own law college and refer the legal vocabulary to get the difference between both the terms.
