Respected Sir,
My question is 'Can workmen appointed his union to participate in complaint on their behalf u/s.33A of I.D. act.? If yes, then kindly show me the concern case law. It's urgent.

1. The section itself is a law into itself. There is no need to cite case laws. The workmen can submit such application before the Labor Commissioner.

Dear Rohit Sharma,
We had authorized our union to file complaint u/s33A of ID Act during pendancy of reference . Now Hon.HC raise a question that 'can workmen authorise union to file a complaint on their behalf?' So I want answer on this issue or any judgement/case law concern to above. Its urgent.
