Myself Ramakant Tiwari, want to know that on 9 of october 2011, there was incident occur at my local area, between two groups and at the same time it was my weekly off and i was out of my local area.
Due to that incident each memmber of both the party got injured and they are admitted in the hospital and later i came to know that
(after 2 days) among both the parties, one party having some property issue with my family members so they have inform the police that myself im also involve in that matter and police official without investigating they have my name in the same .please suugest me as police are in my search.

Without search warrant from criminal court police cannot search any place. As your name listed in the complaint police can arrest you for investigation. In the session court you can pray for anticipatory bail.

Since the FIR is concerned and police may arrest you then you should file a petition u/sec.438 in District or High Court for anticipatory bail.If you were not present at time of incident that the matter will be prove on trial.

if the anticipatory bail is applicable in you state then you can file the bail application otherwise you ahve very strong proof in your defence is alibi
