Scam of snapdeal.com! not refunding money!

(Querist) 23 April 2014 This query is : Resolved
Dear Experts,
My name is Rohit Kumar Adhikari and I'd like to share that 3 months ago I ordered a "Lotto Black Sports Design Tracksuit" (order no.-1613258022) worth Rs. 665.00 from "Snapdeal.com" and when it delivered I got very disappointed to see the quality of it's fabric and decided to return it. So I sent it back to snapdeal.com via Overnite Courier AWB no. 7555252596 dated 30/01/2014 and asked for refund to money, after few days they confirmed that they received above product but now they are denying they didn't received the product yet even I've sent them the scan copy for AWB and Proof of Delivery but still they are not ready to refund me.
So please help me out!

Use the social websites and blast this information. Only by this method, You will get your refund.

To the best of my knowledge I have good experience with snapdeal, bagittoday, naaptol etc.

It is very easy. Visit a nearest consumer forum and meet its officials. They would guide you with filing of the case.

You have to visit consumer forum on each hearing, you can entrust a lawyer for it.

in your complaint state facts of your case . reliefs claimed by you .

Consumer Forum is the right place to lodge your complaint. Consumer Forum is particularly concerned about 'defficiency/ defficiencies in service" Otherwise it is also sobering to know the judicial position in such cases . These are possibly covered under the Maxim " DE MINIMIS NON CURAT LEX" The law does not deal with trifles/small things. This also the position vis a vis the constiunal claims.

But such cases are 'Grist to the Mill" as far Consumer forum is concerned which functions for service users who can't afford to knock the judiciary's Grand portals
