some office couliage registered false complaint against me under atrocities act under section 3(1)(x).police investigation is under going . police informed me the case sent to C.G.M. court very shortely. sir please guide me what i can do aginst false complaint registered against me.

First get enlarged on bail (anticipatory), appear in the case, obtain the copy, discuss the issue properly with your lawyer and proceed with the case by properly challenging it if you say that it is false case.

Sir I know it is non bailable offense but it has come to my notice that on the same issue a judgement has been passed by the Hon'ble supreme court on the similar situated case. As regard your Que. that on what basis you say it is false complaint ? Sir I was toking to some one else who belonging to Genl category hoe the question is arise that I was told them cast related words. Besides this a statement has also been given by that lady too that "She never told cast related words and other too are witness but thereafter they are doing so.
