Dear sir,

My uncle have bought one flat in the name of his employee now he can't find that employee and want to sell the said flat.
How can he proceed? Plz advice.

Unbelievable.Did purchased on benomi name? Unless traced, it may not be possible to sell as per law.

Your uncle has no right, title, claim or interest in the property even though he had purchased.
Show the benami transaction title document to a local prudent lawyer for professional advise and proceeding.

Under the benami properties act employee in whose name the property stands is the owner of the property. Your uncle is not the owner of the property hence he cannot sale the flat
