Sale deed registration without stamp paper

(Querist) 01 July 2015 This query is : Resolved
Is it possible to register a property without the stamp paper.

The document writer claims if the stamp duty fees are paid and mentioned in the sale deed document by the sub registrar, then its valid.

No franking, no stamp paper, no estamping. Just deed on normal bond paper.

Thanks for the reply. Just to clarify, stamp duties is paid through DD favouring the sub registrar. But only the stamp paper is not used.the sale deed was executed in a plain bond paper. There is print on the 2nd page mentioning the stamp duty charges.

The sale is not franked.
No stamp paper used.
No estamping done.
Sale deed executed on a plain bond paper , with sub registrar mentioning the details of stamp duty on page 2 .

Pls don't mistake me. These what I was given as sale deed (plain paper doc with all mandatory seals from sub registrar office). Even am amused , even its possible. That's the basic reason am raising the query. If you are not clear, plz let me know which part is not clear.

If there is endorsement of payment of duty made by the Registrar on the document, u may take it that the document is properly stamped.s
