Sale deed registration of land

(Querist) 19 August 2017 This query is : Resolved 
If I pay stamp duty for land only and with no construction cost.
And I want to sell 2nd floor of this property which is recently constructed.
How much time do I have to get sale deed done for second floor for my client.
A lawyer says that It will take only 1 month period between these these two sale deed.

The lawyer says that minimum 1 month is needed.

Stamp fee has to be paid as per circle rate calculation or at actual sale price which is higher.

Normally, on a vacant land construction takes time to bring it in salable position. The layout plan has to be approved.

You should rely on your lawyer and in case of need can take second opinion after showing all related documents.f

Under construction property can also be sold.

The guidance value or actual value whichever is higher may be taken........
