SOME ONE USE MY CREDIT CARD

Hi All,
one of my causon brother use my credit cards in his own mart for money requrment. the totall amount aprox 10 lacs in november 2016. he is denie to pay in march. i have all the document like statment in his statment . my salry is not inuf to pay this amount . my salary 24 thousand . all salary goes in credit card interset . i dnt know what i do .my cibil is totally down . im totally fraurstated and i dnt know what i do. . my all life is spoil because of this guy. this guy is a politician . i have some acidance that he is a cheater.

please help me in this matter what i do im married i have 2 kids . no money for last three month . all schoool fees due.

Ignorance of Law is not an excuse.You are the Legal Defaulter to Bank.Better have an amicable settlement with the Concerned Person with the help of Good and Respected Relatives of Both

Better do not give any Cheque for temporary reliefs to avoid harassment by collection people of banks.It would land you in more trouble.

Your salary is Rs.24000/pm and the Credit Card of 10Lacs Limit was issued to you.

Assuming that such high value transaction was allowed on your card you are liable to pay to Bank.

Better try to settle the matter with person that misused your card amicably.
Involve elders of the family, well wishers.

Arrange the money, pay and get rid of the problem.

This loan is with extraordinary high interest rate would result in troubles otherwise.

I think this an academic query.. The facts are vague and misleading. Otherwise it is a clear case of negligence.

You are not such a simpleton fool as you pretend to be. You have allowed your credit card (your salary) to be used for trade in greed of some share and you were well aware that liabilty is getting beyond you.

You never blocked your card.

You are still hiding the fact whether card is blocked by you or not till date. You can sue your cousine seperately.

Now pay the money to bank or else interest keeps adding with each surise.

It is still a mystery how could a man only worth Rs 24000/- salary could get such a huge credit limit where he could get purchase of 10 lakh. It is normally possible only when at the time of applying for card you made some fraud and misrepresentation of the facts to get this limit.

Please come out with truth.
