This is Haseen Ansari from uttar pradesh. I want to buy sc st properties. Can I buy this ? Any other person already buy that property. I m the 2nd person. But in the registry paper do not show st name also show who is buy the property but do not show her name in khatauni. Also show st name? Please give me solutions

Show the title document to a local lawyer.

Apply for EC for that particular period. If the land was bought by the SC ST by paying the full consideration, you are free to buy the same.
