SARFAESI ACT

If I mortgage a non agricultural land for borrowing a loan for agriculture purpose and incase of default, can SARFAESI be enforced on that land.

Under SARFAESI bank can move to take possession of Land

When you know the answer, there is no fun by the experts to answer questions set by you in your examination paper meant for experts.

I didnt say I know the answer. I said I knew the idea to contact bank. Read once again to understand. Bank wouldnt answer the question and that is why I asked here. It will look fun if someone is making fun. It will look good when something is good. I just asked a question and it is being carried away somewhere else. If you know the answer please tell.
