SIR,I FILE RTI TO PROVIDENT FUND DEPT. -
1- WHAT IS MY FATHER'S NAME IN PF RECORD (AS HE REJECT MY PF WITHDRAWAL FORM BECOUSE OF MY FATHER'S NAME MISMATCH )

PF DEPT REPLAY THAT HE IS ANABLE TO FIND MY RECORD IN HIS OFFICE.

AS I THINK HE NEGLECT MY APPLICATION OR DONT WANT TO GIVE ME PROPER REPLAY
MY QUESTION IS - CAN HE DO THIS,NEGLECT MY APPLICATION ?

If they have rejected the claim due to father's name mismatch they cannot say that the record is not available.

You must file appeal to FAA.

You have sought the wrong information. You should have sought the information as to the rule/authority which enables the competent authority to reject the PF withdrawal just because there is a mismatch in the father's name.

Have they informed the rejection in writing? have you made withdrawal on any earlier occasion?
