If the establishment is within the purview of RTI Act then RTI application can be submitted.

Does the appointment letter issued has a clause on 'Transfer'?

If yes what is stated in it?



Does the standing Orders apply to establishment and cover the employee in question?


If yes does standing orders have clause on employer's right to transfer?


If standing orders apply and do not have clause on employer's right to transfer, then employer may not succeed to transfer!
