Hello respected sir,

how can i get the detail of my wife PF and income detail as shet is working in the school "Shiv nadar school" http://shivnadarschool.edu.in/website/ .pls suggest its private school or govt ? i am not finding surely.
can i get detail through RTI by posting to school and PF department

It would be better to summon through the court.

On way of rti is not easy by two reasons :-

1. you are not sure that school covers under the rti act or not ?
2. if it covered then 3rd party information attracts, (section 11 Rti Act) which can't be delivered without her consent.

Why do you need the information?
If in court case summon through the court to the school to give information.

RTI would not serve your purpose.

If it is regarding a matrimonial dispute pending in a court, you may better get a court direction to the school authorities to furnish the desired information which will be more easier.
