Respected sir
My query is related to road accident of face to face of two bikes.party A bike with two persons riding on it and party B with two persons on it.none of party has driving license and insurance.during the accident party A driver was injured with serious head injury while partyB driver loses his life later in hospital.both the pillion (persons sitting behind)have minor injury.
Police register a FIR of accident and take both bike in custody also record the statement of party B pillion .
Now what is the possible scenario of that case
What type of punishment may be given to Party A driver and person sitting behind driver
Is the person sitting behind behind Party A driver is also accused of accident?
What is the legal prospect of bike and his owner(which is differnt person

Police will do the prosecution and find out out to which party to pay compensation who is guilty etc in thei8r investigation.and submit charge sheet Once th e.Police submit report to Magistrate court court will decide whom to award punishment and whom to let off.If you appreciate this answer please click like button.
