Rights on grandfather's own earning property

My grandfather has a land by his own earning, now my grandfather is died and my father was rejected share in property. At present both my father & grandmother are no more & now my father's siblings wanted to dispose of the land. My question is as a grand son(my father is died) can I ask right in my grand fathers property.

Author, all the legal heirs of your grand-father have equal rights over his property if he died intestate.

If your grand father and father expired intestate, you have share in the property which was to be inherited by your father, file case for partition and prey stay against selling by other party.
