Rights of adopted son

Dear experts,my father was adopted by my father's uncle.My father's uncle was unmarried and my father lived with their biological family.we have a deed of adoption but in my father's identity his father name had his biological father.can my father claims his rights of his adoptive father's property and what we do to claim?

Once your father was adopted by his uncle, he has severed his right in the property of his biological parents vis-a-vis got a claim and right in the property of his adoptive parents.
