Respected one please suggest the right way ek ladki ki shadi hoti hai panch saal tak sasural me gharelu hinsa and dahej k liye pareshan karte h ladki apne bhai ki shadi me aati hai ladka use chaod k jaata h shadi k baad ladka ladki ko dhamki deta h and ladki k educational certificates bhi dene se mana kar rha hai now please suggest k ladki kya kare

She files a case for RCR if she wanted to join the company of her husband, otherwise she has other laws in her favour ...

Respected sir i didnt get the meaning of rcr and suggest the right steps to take for girl . ladki ko sbse phle apne educational certificate chahiye and uski moped jo ladki k naam par h and ladka use kar rha h kuch suggest krte h k ladki koi case na kar now what should i do

She should file complaint of 498A and under DV Act.

She should ask police to help her in getting her educational certificates back.

Dhamki kis prakar ka thaa? Kya mai ye pooch saktha hoon ki useki bhai ki shaadi ke baad kyu chodiya? Jab Paanch saal apne sasural kiyaha thi, doono ke beechme kya hua tha? Bachee ke bareme aapne nahi bataya. AAp ne keval education certificates ke bareme chinta kar rahe hai,magar unke milavatke bareme khosish nahikiya. Aadalat ko pahunchnese pahele vajey doondna chahiye, kyo voo dono bhichagaye.
