Your question is purely of an academic nature. If you desire to learn for acquiring knowledge, you may read, Chapter on Discipline in the booklet on "Human Resource Management in ONGC", which contains rules for your purpose.

However, if some reality is there in your case, there is always a background of the case and the present status of the case being any reason for any incident or activity that has to be explained before asking a question. That you have avoided.

Can you clarify, what was the crime and what is the present status of your criminal case? Answer depends upon your clarification.

The facts posted are incomplete to offer any meaningful suggestion.

You have not mentioned clear and material facts of the query.

Generally suspension period is not taken / considered leave period.

If suspension revocation letter contains such condition / condition is mentioned in orders after the findings of inquiry proceedings, file appeal / approach higher official.

Extraordinarily vague advice of Mr. Rajendra K Goyal, "If suspension revocation letter contains such condition / condition is mentioned in orders after the findings of inquiry proceedings, file appeal / approach higher official"!

That clearly shows, he does not know whether the suspension revocation letter of the PSUs contains or not the condition or whether any higher authority can intervene in the disciplinary process against the employees.

So, he may have to think ten times, even if the querist gives material facts, would he be able to give him the right advice, when he does not know the rules, regulations of the disciplinary proceedings of the PSUs?

JIGYASU - Legal analyst

In your profile you have mentioned:

Quote "
As a Legal Analyst, I may be knowing much more than the most well qualified and experienced lawyers/ Experts, but still I claim myself to be a lifelong JIGYASU (learner). : Unqote"
http://www.lawyersclubindia.com/experts/experts_profile.asp?member_id=389278

In your various posts you have well shown your knowledge of law by commenting / taunting other experts and nothing else. It is hard and difficult to find any of your advice providing legal advice to author.

JIGYASU - Legal analyst

Your problem seem to be the presence of other experts on the forum, when in your views you have legal knowledge more than those.

Knowledge is recognized by sharing / advising / guiding etc. and not by commenting / taunting others.

In fact your single moto is to comment and target experts of the site rather to contribute.

It seems your only motive is to force other experts say good bye to this forum.

@Rajendra K Goyal,

Not my problem, but every body's problem is fake experts like you, who try to confuse the querist without knowing even ABC of the relevant law, particularly, the labour & service laws.

HOWEVER, YOUR PROBLEM HAS BECOME QUITE EVIDENT THAT YOU HAVE GOT A BLURRED VISION DUE TO BLACK GOOGLE ON ACCOUNT OF WHICH YOU ARE UNABLE TO READ PROPERLY, WHEREAS I HAVE ALREADY ASKED THE QUERIST TO SUPPLY SOME SPECIFIC INFORMATION TO HELP ME SHARE MY KNOWLEDGE.

So far as sharing of the knowledge, where is your knowledge that you shared with the querist? You have misguided him, when you are quite unaware of the hierarchy of the Disciplinary & Appellate Authorities in any service. You replied on merely hit & trial basis, like advising, "approach higher official" but which higher official?

So far as my knowledge is concerned, I have appropriately given hint that your reply was not as per the rules & regulations of the organization.

Further, where is the scope of sharing my knowledge, when the querist has not supplied the desired information?

Better get your eyesight corrected from some eye surgeon and also wear a rightly powered eyesight spectacle instead of black goggle.

You need to be the querist or approved LAWyersclub expert to take part in this query .
