Return of original certificates

I took admission in satyam college of engineering and technology in kanyakumari.They did not provide any regular classes so I complaint it with the PMs grievance cell.On january 25 anna university called me for a discussion with college authorities at that time they promised (only verbal in front of student affairs director)that if i discontinue the course they will return the certificate without further fees .I went to the college but they did not return my certificate they said that it needs the signature from the chairman,but the chairman is always absent in the college .Some staff in the college harassing me. Please help me sir

Any thing Not in Writing will Not be Legally Valid.Once again file the Complaint in Detail about every thing what had happened with Concerned Officials Of Anna University and take acknowledgement.Wait for 15 days for their Reply and Proceed Legally with the help of Good Senior Advocate.Till then be Very Careful they might initiate Revenge against you.Take Care

The college cannot retain the certificate if you want to discontinue the course. You can very well approach the High Court Bench at Madurai and seek for appropriate directions for return of certificates.

Give a written request to college authorities under ack. for return of original certificate. Send the copy to Anna University taking reference to the meeting held for their intervention if not handed over as agreed by them. Are you not trying for transfer to other college?
