The Dissolution of Muslim Marriage Act,1939, Muslim law relating to Muslim divorce to be filled by women married according to Muslim form of marriage, does not provide for Restitution of Conjugal Rights.
The Sharia Muslim law followed by all Muslims in India does not provide for Restitution of Conjugal Rights.
Ask those advocate who file for Restitution of Conjugal Rights petition in the Family Court under which Mohammedan Law it is provided, one Principal Judge in Family Court, Tis Hazari Court asked the same question from the advocate in one case but got no reply.
