Resignation asking

(Querist) 24 October 2017 This query is : Resolved 
I was working with price sales and marketing company since Feb 2017 , on 26 August while on touring udaipur , I had loose montion and fever a virus atttack , when in Jaipur test conducted found kidneys damaged creatinine was 10.6 , biopsy proved that damaged of kidney due to infection , on 23 Oct when I asked to join they blocked all ID of mine and asked to resign .
What compensation I can ask under indian law ?

Do you any irrefutable written record of demand/coercion for resignation?

Does medical record sufficiently establish, without any doubt that your organs are damaged due to infection/disease that your contracted while on duty?

It is your repeated query.on which you have received replies also from experts.

However, instead of claiming any compensation, you should rather be thankful to the management, if they have not claimed any compensation for any loss in company's business due to your seemingly unauthosied absence, if no leave applied in time and got sanctioned. You have not stated about any interaction with the management after kidney damage was detected

You should not submit your resignation. Should submit all your medical record and with application for leave and request for joining.

When Mr. Rajendra K Goyal has advised you not to submit your resignation, probably he is not aware of the fact that resignation is much better than insult oriented termination with disciplinary action for unauthorised absence.
