though it is unbelievable but it is the fact that company never provide any service rule book to any sales promotion employee.
in the appointment letter it is stated that probation can be for six months and he will remain unconfirmed untill and unless informed by a confirmation letter.
but as per form 10 of appointment letter, the job of a sales promotion employee is perenial in nature and on permanent basis.there arrises the conflict.don't you think it as a gross violation of SPE ACT.
seeking again your views regarding this.
