I want to rent out my commercial property, comprising a big show room in Delhi. Under which Acts/Rules the tenancy will be governed and about which provisions of the tenancy agreement, I should be aware of/watchful.

if you want to rent out commercial property in delhi you would be governed by delhi rent act . get agreement drafted by lawyer .

Engage local lawyer for a professional result as you desire/as per law.
Details/Amount of rent, place,time of agreement, amount of advance rent paid as security, witnesses to the agreement, terms and conditions of the agreement, registeration or otherwise has to betaken into consideration/ incorporated.
Drafting a rent agreeement is an art for which you will have to engage a local lawyer.

To prepare a lease deed for a monthly rental or any other basis as have been agreed upon by the parties, register it if necessary. The terms and conditions, all other details, if known, a local lawyer upon fixing up an engagement for the purpose will be able to render the services sought for.
