My Father has given the shops on lease to shopkeeper..and in 2013 he passs away..
Now,We want to rennovate the shops.and the shoppkepers are not ready to leave the shops..
It is not possible for us..to go daily and file a case..
What should I do..Then..

Different States have different Rent Acts, you have not stated the State where the property is situated. The prevailing Rent Act of the State is applicable.

File a suit in your state rent control act for eviction of tenants/ shop keepers on the ground of renovation...
You can get the tenant evicted stating that you need to renovate the house.. , Some of the other grounds landlord can raise in the eviction proceedings are as follows tenant setting up title adverse to the owner. Landlord requires demised premises for his own bonafide purposes , tenant is not paying the rent at market value or very low rent etc. Case will be decided by city civil court and not rent controller.

The property could be got evicted based on the grounds set out in the local Rent Law.
