Dear sir,
,can i get a good format for 11 months rental agreement which covers most of the points when letting it out to a tenant. What should be the stamp paper value?

Also, pls let me know how to renew the rental agreement after 11 months. Do we need to again make a new agreement in the same format or is there any automatic renewal.
Ans what if the tenant is not vacating the shop after the expiry of rental agreement.

You need to register the document for it to be admissible in court of flaw.. For stamp duty value check with the sub registrar office. after expiry of every 11 month period the lease agreement will' have to be renewed.

You can get good formats of tenant agreements, if you contact the document writers sitting in the courts of sub-registrar. Otherwise, it would be better to take help of some lawyer, who may be expert in property matters.

Take help of document writer / local lawyer or search google for getting the format to be modified as per your need.
