Without NOC u can't renew your trade license. Better to search new premises for your business.

Will u appreciate this answer by giving like on my LCI profile?

you URGENTLY MOVE A WRIT APPLICATION BEFORE hIGHCOURT TO ISSUE DIRECTIONS TO LICENSING AUTHORITY NOT TO PRESSURIZE YOU FOR NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE FROM OWNER OF THE BUSINESS PREMISES AND ALSO THEIR RELATIVES AS HE IS NO MORE AND YOU ALONE HAS BEEN LIVING THERE FOR THE LAST 80 YEARS, YOU ARE A SENIOR CITIZEN OF RIPE OLD AGE ETC.AND HENCE DISTURBING YOU FROM POSSESSION MAY RUIN YOUR HEALTH. You yourself may have acquired ownership by virtue of doctrine of adverse possession over these 80 years S you've BEEN ENJOYING THE PROPERTY IN CONTINUOUS, UNINTERRUPTED and peaceful possession of the property. iF YOU APPRECIATE THIS ANSWER PLEASE GIVE ME MY PROFILE LIKES.

How long you doing the business in the said premises? How you got the licence and what documents you been furnished along with application during the time of application.
State the facts first.

The No Objection cannot be insisted unless there is a legal requirement. Perhaps, the first step should be in obtaining the requisite information under the RTI Act, unless there are reasons for seeking an urgent remedy.

The Claim of Legal Heirs who have the Legal Rights Can Not be Legally Denied Even if you are in Possession.Better give away their Shares they Claim Or Rest of your Life you would be Spending in Court Hall.

A Trading License Will Not be Issued with Out the Consent of the Owner and the way the Author had Obtained Earlier is Illegal.Once the author Steps in to the Court he him self would Land in Trouble.Even if the Property is Ancestral it is Not in his Name and Consent of Other Legal Heirs would be Required. The Earlier Trading License that had been acquired by him is with False Claim which is Fraud and Forgery.

As advised above, discuss with local lawyer and move to get court directives for renewing trade license.

Property matter is separate to the renewal / issue of trade license for which you have to take help of court. There are possibilities they have given some letter to issuing authority .

For property dispute separate case need to be filed. Discuss in detail with your lawyer. getting a commercial property vacated is not a kids play.

Dear sir,
I have not illegally occupied that property I was born in that property and it is my own grand fathers property sir I like to say again its my own grand father and I have also paid double the price of the property sir if you transfer property in your name it does not mean you are the owner the property the title deed till today rests in my grand fathers name law cannot be in the one side
