re: sorry for lack of information I uploaded last time let me clarify experts what I want to ask my question was if the executor for eg my grand father made a GPA in favour of my father and Other legal hires and now he is Expired then will my father and other legal heirs will make a R.D. in favour of my Grand Mother or in a favour of any legal heir, so will it give any rights of selling and enjoy its rights along with its land/terrace rights so if the R.D is the favour of my father , then father has all rights to sell and modify

and please Experts kindly message me your whatsapp no. or any other personal contact no.

First of all if the principal who executed a POA deed died then the said POA deed shall become infructuous and invalid from the date of death of the principal therefore any transaction made by the POA agent on behalf of the principal based on the POA deed after the death of the principal shall be legally invalid and no such transaction shall be recognised or enforceable in law.
Now, though the principal, i.,e., the grandfather died and the POA deed stands revoked automatically, the property on the name of the grandfather shall devolve on all his legal heirs equally as per Succession law, therefore the legal heirs can jointly execute a registered release deed relinquishing their rights in favor of other heirs(s), this will take care of your problem.
However you may consult a local lawyer with all the relevant papers and take a decision properly as per law and his further advise.
