Is this deed registered as well?
H. S. Thukral (Expert) 27 June 2016
She can execute a RD in respect to property which she has become entitled to. she can not give RD in respect of property of her parents to which she does not acquire any right during their life time. Parents in their own right can gift/Will property to any body during their life time. If they die intestate then the daughter shall be a LR of the property and can release her share in favour of a co owner.

Whether the relinquishment deed registered?
Nikhil Runwal (Querist) 01 August 2016
Yes it registered and specifically stated that all future rights which would be created after death of parents are relinquished in favour of brother. Is this valid relinquishment deed?
