Related with pay protection

Sir i was in kvs on the scale of 9300-34800+4600(grade pay). after completing one year ( in which one increment also given to me)i resigned from kvs and joined DSSSB on the same pay scale and grade pay.sir in this process when i joined DSSSB(delhi) i mention that i am a job holder in kvs. when i gave resignation in kvs i also told them about the joining in DSSSB and they permitted me. In this process i also follow the rule and regulation of resigning of kvs.
now i want to take pay protection and notional increment.Sir will u please tell me about the procedure of this and what documents i required from my previous department and what documents i should deposit in current department.

has KVS sent you service book to Delhi Govt?

has your present DDO demanded the service book from them?

Refer the service rule of both concerns. You should contact your department for formalities.

You have not stated whether you applied for the post in DSSSB through proper channel while working in the KVS.

sorry to all of you that i didn't provide the answer of questions raised by all experts.sir, i was hospitalized due to dengue.so,i was not able to answer you. Extremely sorry for that.

(1) Sudhir sir, my principle(DDO) asked various time for my service book as well as all documents.He send 2-3 official paper for demanding the same to that KVS as well as related region. but they didn't reply.after a long period they send the photocopy of my service book. when i asked about the original,they told that they will send only photocopy not original one.
when i used RTI they answered that photocopy is given only for all other questions they wrote "NOT AVAILABLE" only.i am totally confused.Sir what i have to do now?
(2) Dhingra sir, i filled both exam's form within the gap of 2 months.After giving exam KVS declared the result first and i joined it. after one year DSSSB declared the result though both written exam is taken in the same year. when i was in process for completing all formalities in DSSSB i showed in one para of that form that i am presently working in KVS on this pay grade.
so,before joining the KVS i gave the written exams(final exam) of DSSSB. In my resignation letter i told KVS authorities that for joining DSSSB i am resigning from your department and i completed all the formalities of KVS department. for " proper channel" i have to fill the DSSSB form after joining KVS but i filled it before KVS joining.so, may be "proper channel" is not applicable for this.
