hi
in 1960 my grand father purchase agriculture land and make entry in revenue records .documents are also registered at registrar office
after that this property transferred to my fathers name at 1968 , entry is also available in revenue depart,
before couple of years after fathers death i apply for name transfer to me and my mother BY 'VARSAY' process at Mamlatdar office with all necessary documents as regular all other people do through lawyer.
at that time one person give application to oppose this process and Objection is "he said his father is Ganot at that land at 1960 and before 1960,which is mention in old records,so he said property cant transferd to our name,

from 1960 to Till Todays We check every Revenew records and found in all documents like 7-12,from 1960 in all records land is In our NAME.OUR KABJA,and OUR FARMING
and from that time we Farming on this land This is also Clears Mension in all Revenew depp records ,
My lawyers says dont worry his application will rejected as we are owner of land from 1960 and we are farming from 1960 so property will transfer to our name.

plz give me advice in this matters
What says Ganotdhara Rules in this case
can any one produce is right as his father or for fathers ganot before so many years.

None other than you and all other legal heirs of your deceased father can be declared as owner to that property and no claim can be putforth over that property on the basis of any oral claim left in the year 1960. The opinion of your lawyer is perfect.

Unfortunately Mamlatdar Office NAMANJUR(Reject) Our application for Name transfer my application,

as well as officer also reject oppositor application and give statement it is old record so approch appropiate authority,

then we investigate some matter related to oppositer and his Layer and gate some information.............
AS he also doing this type of things in other land of different honor's land and unfortunately he was success to add this name in ganot ,But in all this process he never present his ID,Documents and His family Details(Pethinama) ....and Fortunately true honor of land get Re investigate Order from Higher Authority so mater stop and he was not able to sell property,

and my layers says this is Fraud and he says that Oppositers layers and some office employeee is also involve as well master mind and doing this type of activities only .
further my layer said Opposite site layer is not authenticate layer/SANAD Degree but Purchase/Take Degree from some institute as
he never mension this detail in this reply during his case on his later pad ,

So, Plz Give me guidance for Further action that we should take
and is there any way to get legal action against them and how can we take legal actions against Fraud Layer

Discuss with your lawyer file criminal complaint against them.

Ans: If such is the case, complaint can be lodged with Bar Council. However, sometime lawyers say so about opposite lawyers to impress their clients.

thank you very much sir,
we discuss with Layer and My layer take responsibility for further necessary steps as well he is also good layer and able to do, so we have no more wary but same time i disuse here as good opinion from your side ...
he Not advice to book compliant at Bar Council against Opposite side Layers , But i personally investigate Opposite side Layer,Found not good as well his Office Premises is also not as Professional Layers .

and My Layers says In any Case after 30years any bady can not doing any objections as Supreme court judgment and also as time of TItle clear certification
only 30 years records check
so we have no issue as my Grands Father Purchase land Before 55 years and we have all Documents as well All entry availablle in revenew record of Government
But I Want to Know Is there any Provision In Ganotdhara Act,
(1)when any Ganot left land as Ganot after so many years can his Child Add His Name as Ganot ,
(2) If anyone is already as Ganot at One land Can he Add His name as Ganot in Other Land also
