Sir, A Chargesheet has been filed under section 498a,323,3/4DP act by police 6 ago against the FIR registered by me against my husband and inlaws. But till now it has not been submitted to court. Now i came to know that Chargesheet was returned from court under the influence of opposite party and higher officer of police has order for Reinvestigation of Chargesheet.i am afraid that police can file final report in this case due to the pressure of opposite party. So please tell what to do at the moment now.

Can not agree that the court has returned the charge sheet as it was influenced. It must be having legal grounds and court must have asked to file it again after fulfilling gaps / drawbacks.
Please take copy of the court orders returning the charge sheet.
You should engage your lawyer to protect your interests.

I am not sure court has returned it. But the chargesheet was not received by the clerk there, intentionally. It kept there without being received and then returned to c.o.office.i am bit confused. Please guide as i don't have the detailed understanding of court procedure.

Send the charge-sheet (which was not received by clerk there) by registered post with ackt. due. Engage an able counsel to protest your interest.

There must have been some legal shortcoming / requirements for which the same was returned. Get the copy of order of that date.
