Registration with Bar Council of Delhi

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a qualified Company Secretary. I came to know that practising CS(s), CA(s) can appear upto the level of trial court.

Can anyone please through some light on this issue?

Further, kindly advise what are the documents will be needed to get registered with the Bar council and the address of Bar Council of Delhi.

You must be law graduate from recognized university to enroll as advocate.

No Ratti Wahal u are not supposed to as the enrolment certificate require a recognised degree of law.

Who told you that CS & CA can appear as a pleader before trial judge? Check first his degree. It must have been obtained through illegal means otherwise a prudent mind knows it very well that only and only an advocate can plead on behalf of other persons in Indian Courts.
