Dear Experts,
Our society went for redevelopment in 2006 & was completed in 2010. Members started staying in new building in 2010 onwards. There is two wings, Wing A for tenants & Wing B for new purchasers after redevelopment. Now, our query is do we need to Re - register our society, again with new registration no.? We still are using same old registration no of society & even we are getting our water bills, property tax invoice everything in same old name & reg no. ? New purchasers are yet to apply for becoming the members of society.

ADVISED TO KEEP TWO DIFFERENT REGN; AS RATES/ TAXES/ MTN ARE LESSER TO TENANTS, AND U WILL BE BURDEN, DISPUTE STARTS. sO LET TENANTS HAVE THEIR OWN SOC.

Though you can continue as such but it is better and practical to have separate.
