Registration of land which is not present.

8 years ago we bought 200 gajh land. the mediator was my dads friend. he did fake registration in the registrar office wiyhout any link documents. my dad when he bought land he made his friend as partner in land and the registration process is done. We have all original registration documents. so i want to know what we can do in order to get the money and can government register the lands without link and proper documents.

The title and matter in query does not relate!


Was it inserted in sale deed that owners have taken possession and name of previous owners, previous sale deed number ,measurement and sides etc were mentioned?


Usually it is a pre requisite to attach fard of last 13 years.

The details are usually available at the website also of Dept. of Revenue of State Govt...................in concurrence with Registration Act and the Rules....


Inspector General of Registration of the state might have issued circular, directing the Registering Authorities to ensure that the details regarding previous transactions and patta find a place in Sale Deeds.


You may show the sale deed to an able counsel specializing in revenue/property matters.

If it was fake registration of non existing land, file FIR against all related person.

Show all documents to local lawyer.
