i want take a cash credit limit by obc bank for rs.25 lacks. my property paper is in the name of my grand father name.my father is death .after my father death this property is my by court diviadetion.in which condition this property mortage eqiutable or registerd .

If you are the only legal heir to your father, you can inherit your father's share out of your grandfather's intestate property. So clarify the details that you do you get the title to the property?

IF YOU HAVE ORIGINAL SALE DEED IN FAVOR OF YOUR GRAND FATHER AND ALSO THE COPY OF DECREE COURT SHOEING YOU EXCLUSIVE OWNER
THEN EQUITABLE MORTGAGE IS ALSO POSSIBLE.

iN ANY OTHERWISE CASE REGISTERED MORTGAGE SHALL BE ONLY OPTION.
